COVID-19 RESPONSE

Standard:

• Develop a COVID-19 preparedness and response plan consistent with recommendations developed by the Occupational Health and Safety Administration.

Response

• COVID-19 Preparedness and Response Plan has been established for Benjamin J Cunningham CPA PLC in accordance with the requirements in the Executive Orders for COVID-19 signed by Governor Gretchen Whitmer, the OSHA Guidance on Preparing Workplaces for COVID-19, and the latest guidance from from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Standard

• Conduct daily entry Health-Screenings Protocols for ALL employees, contractors and clients entering the workplace.

Response

• Benjamin J Cunningham CPA PLC will conduct daily Health-Screenings through the use of Symptoms Questionnaires and Temperature Checks and document findings.

Standard

• Require Face Coverings for employees, contractors and clients.

Response 

• We require employees, contractors and clients to wear either N95 or Surgical Masks in the workplace.  We provide masks for employees. We provide Surgical Masks to clients who do not have one.

Standard 

• Maintain good Hygiene at all times - hand washing, sanitizing and social distancing.

Rresponse

• Employees have access to the public restrooms are strongly encourages to wash their hands for 20 seconds.  Upon Workplace entry, employees, contractors and clients are require to use the provided hand sanitizer. 

Standard

• Increase facility cleaning and disinfection to limit exposure of COVID-19.

Response

• Our offices are cleaned and disinfected daily and affected areas and touch points are cleaned and disinfected between appointments.  Appointments are limited to one client/individual at a time and to extent possible, we work remotely with clients.  In addition, we offer flexible hours for all remote deliverables.
